A 7 Days to Die server is configured in an XML file of <property name="…" value="…"/> entries. Since V3.0, difficulty, XP, loot and blood moon settings are grouped in SandboxCode. This tool builds the full file without sending anything to a server.
How to use the tool
Enter the name, password, region and player count.
Choose the world (Navezgane or RWG), seed and size; paste your SandboxCode (generated in game).
Secure Telnet (password) and leave the web dashboard off if unused.
Download the file under a unique name (e.g. myserver.xml) and start the server with -configfile=myserver.xml.
Why not edit the shipped file
The shipped serverconfig.xml is overwritten on every game update: copy it under a unique name and pass -configfile=<name>.xml at launch (-dedicated must remain the last option). The defaults offered here come from the Valve wiki and the 7d2dmodding wiki (V3.x); some properties (e.g. difficulty-related ones) changed with V3 and may evolve, so check them against your installation's file. Properties missing from the form can be added as Name=Value in the free-form field.
