RCON (remote console) lets you send commands to a game server remotely, protected by a password. Each game has its own syntax: this sheet gathers the common commands and fills them with your values. It connects to nothing.
How to use the tool
Pick your game: the access method (RCON, BattlEye, telnet or console) is shown.
Fill in player/ID, reason, message and number: the commands update.
Copy the command you want.
Paste it into your local RCON client or the server console; never send it through a third-party site.
Send a command from the terminal
With a command-line RCON client such as mcrcon (Source RCON protocol, used by Minecraft, ARK, Palworld…), pass the password through an environment variable so it stays out of your shell history. RCON is not encrypted: don't expose its port to the Internet (see “Firewall rules”), prefer an SSH tunnel. Syntax may vary with the server version: check with the game's help command. Valheim has no native RCON and is therefore not listed.

- Does this tool connect to my server?
- No. It only composes text in your browser. Your RCON password is never requested.
- Why doesn't the command work for me?
- Syntax sometimes changes with the server version, plugins or mods. Test via the server console first and check the game's official documentation.
