How to use Launch script generator?

A Empyrion server is installed with SteamCMD (app 530870) and started with DedicatedServer\EmpyrionDedicated.exe plus arguments. This tool builds a ready-to-use script: update, start and restart after exit.

  1. Enter the install folder and the SteamCMD path.

  2. Fill in the server name, ports, player count and options.

  3. Copy or download the script, then run it (right-click > Run as administrator on Windows, or chmod +x on Linux).

  4. Open the server ports in the firewall and on your router, then test the connection.
