NWNX:EE adds plugins (SQL, Redis, administration…) to the Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition server. It runs natively on Linux only; on Windows use Docker or WSL. This tool produces the launch script or command.
How to use the tool
Download the NWNX:EE release from the nwnxee/unified repository's Releases page and copy the binaries next to nwserver-linux (often bin/linux-x86).
Choose the mode (native Linux or Docker) and paste your nwserver options (see the "nwserver command line" tool).
List plugins to enable (Docker: skipped by default) or to skip (Linux), one per line, uppercase.
Import the release's NWScript.zip into your module and recompile it after each NWNX update.
Limits
Per the official repository: only Beamdog's dedicated server package is supported; NWNX:EE runs natively on Linux only; with Docker all plugins are skipped by default except ServerLogRedirector (NWNX_<PLUGIN>_SKIP=n enables one); log levels range from 1 to 7 (7 = most verbose). Each plugin's name and variables are in the README of its Plugins/ folder.

- Does NWNX:EE run on Windows?
- Not natively: the repository states that on Windows you use Docker or WSL/WSL2.
- Why do my scripts fail after an update?
- NWNX's NWScript files must be re-imported from the new version's NWScript.zip, then your module recompiled.
